MY University is a digital educational platform developed and operated by Google Antigravity ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). The platform provides engineering students — primarily within Bangladesh — with course content, video lectures, academic schedules, community tools, and related services through our mobile application (Android & iOS) and web interface.
References to "MY University", "the App", or "the Platform" in this document refer to all products and services operated by Google Antigravity under the MY University brand.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of MY University, including registered students, class representatives (CRs), administrators, and any visitors to our web platform.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, or continuing to use MY University after this policy takes effect, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and request account deletion.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service, which together form the complete legal agreement between you and the Company.

Our Right to Use Your Data: By accepting this policy, you grant MY University and Google Antigravity a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, analyze, process, and aggregate your data (including anonymized datasets derived from your data) for any lawful purpose described in this policy, including internal research, platform development, and reporting — without additional compensation or notification to you.
MY University may allow users to submit, post, or share content on the platform, including but not limited to: profile information, posts in community sections, blood donation requests, class announcements (for CRs), academic resources, feedback, and any other materials ("User Content").
By submitting any User Content to MY University, you grant Google Antigravity an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, display, distribute, sub-license, and create derivative works from such content, in any media or format now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose related to the operation, improvement, marketing, or research of the MY University platform.
This license survives account deletion for content that has been aggregated, anonymized, or otherwise incorporated into platform data. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license, and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
We may de-identify or aggregate your data so that it no longer identifies you personally. Such aggregated or anonymized data is not considered personal data and may be used for any purpose, including sharing with academic institutions, publishing platform statistics, or commercial purposes, without restriction.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us. Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, subject to our data retention obligations described in Section 8.
Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., blood donation feature, optional profile fields), you may withdraw consent at any time by updating your profile or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already performed.
You may disable push notifications through your device's operating system settings at any time. Note that disabling notifications may affect your ability to receive important platform updates.
Exercising deletion rights does not apply to data that has already been aggregated, anonymized, or incorporated into derivative datasets as described in Section 5.2. Aggregated data cannot be "un-aggregated" after the fact. Additionally, certain data must be retained for legal or operational reasons as described in Section 8.
MY University is designed for university-level engineering students and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

All content created and published by Google Antigravity on the MY University platform — including but not limited to course materials, video lectures, design elements, logos, trademarks, software code, user interface layouts, written content, and the MY University brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Google Antigravity and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The name "MY University" is a proprietary name and trademark of Google Antigravity. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any proprietary content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

No part of the MY University platform, its content, or its codebase may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website, or other medium for publication or distribution, or for any commercial enterprise, without the express written prior consent of Google Antigravity.
